NFL free agency is by no means over, but the majority of the moves the Tennessee Titans are going to make have already been made. They were one of the busiest teams in early free agency. It makes a lot of sense considering the state of the roster. There really wasn’t a spot on the roster where they didn’t need an upgrade. They have hit a lot of those needs already.
