A California beautician has been caged for the botched Brazilian butt lift death of a Kim Kardashian lookalike who was an OnlyFans star.

The jury in San Mateo County in the San Francisco Bay Area convicted backroom surgeon Vivian Alexandra Gomez, 53, guilty of felony involuntary manslaughter. The conviction was in connection with Christina Ashten Gourkani’s tragic April 2023 death.
According to court reports, Gourkani was looking to juice her porno imprint and hired the dodgy doctor to perform the controversial procedure.

Gourkani wanted an illegal gluteal silicone injection, a bizarre form of body contouring intended to enlarge the buttocks to colossal Kardashian levels. But Gomez was not licensed to perform medical procedures.
The pretend plastic surgeon reportedly administered several injections when the 34-year-old Gourkani started experiencing complications. Gomez now faces seven years in prison.
According to prosecutors, Gourkani — who used Ashten G as her OnlyFans name — suffered a cardiac arrest during the illegal op in a Bay Area hotel room. She died the next day from respiratory failure and a pulmonary embolism at Mills Peninsula Hospital.
Nabbed at Florida airport
Hours later, Gomez was arrested at the Fort Lauderdale Airport. She was then extradited to California to await trial. She was released on bail until the trial. Her sentencing hearing is slated for May 5 and she is now behind bars.
The model’s family kicked off an online fundraiser detailing the frantic phone call from another family member, “frantically screaming and crying hysterically Ashten is dying.”
They added: “It was ‘a phone call that instantly shattered our world and will forever haunt our family.'” They earned $6,607.
Friends and family said the Kardashian clone “was such a caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone’s face she crossed paths with. Ashten’s spirit is a light that will forever carry on to her loved ones around her and those that she has left behind.”
OnlyFans model Mary Magdalene – who nearly died on the operating table trying to get the “world’s fattest vagina” – paid tribute to her fellow mannequin.
She wrote: “I don’t know her [but] I would always just randomly see her on Instagram and think she was really pretty but that is so sad she just died from plastic surgery.
“It is so scary because you really just never know when you’re going to die from [risky surgery].”
Scores of women have died as a result of the dangerous operation. Most recently, in January, Russian social-media maven Yulia Burtseva took one more selfie before she went under the knife.
It would be her final missive to the world. The last selfie from the mother of one was posted the same day she died.
Burtseva, 38, did not survive a $7,500 butt-lift operation that went off the rails at a private cosmetic surgery clinic in Moscow.
