According to a report from Kicker journalist Frank Linkesch (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich will have Jonas Urbig tested before the Champions League match against Atalanta, but will not take any chances with the young goalkeeper:

Jonas Urbig will be assessed shortly before the game against Atalanta to see whether he’s fit enough to play following his concussion. But with a comfortable 6-1 lead, the club is not expected to take any risks with him. If Urbig is unavailable, Leonard Prescott will make his first team debut. The coaching staff has full confidence in the 16-year old’s abilities. Prescott is ranked higher than Jannis Bärtl internally.

Any club having its top four options (Manuel Neuer, Urbig, Sven Ulreich, and Leon Klanac) all hurt at the same time is preposterous…wild…stunning…bewildering…any descriptive word you can think of.

Hopefully, the injury gods pull back there wrath after this latest ailment and give the boys in between the sticks some good luck.
